The villa had a charming terrace and cozy living area, made mornings good. Beds were comfortable, providing great nights of sleep. Gym access was a huge plus, and we appreciated the pool area, perfect for relaxation. The arrival experience was a standout, we were greeted with a personalized welcome note. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi connection struggled at times was nice. Additional kitchen tools would have made meal prep easier. I felt the location was a bit remote. It took us a solid 15-minute walk to reach the nearest neighborhood, which wasn't very well-lit at night.

Fairly clean and the staff was helpful. The rooms they offer were fantastic and brand-new with a personal veranda, the terrace, the balcony. It met needs. Have stayed here many times and would absolutely stay here again.

Oh, where do I even begin? The WiFi was , unbearably unusable, cutting in and out like a bad relationship. And don't even get me started on the saltwater shower struggle-more like a drizzle. As a special guest, I expected at least a complimentary drink, but guess that's too much to ask!

new hotel, clean spacious rooms, free parking
A diesel generator runs 24/7 creating unsettling loudness!!! Power outages leave guests without electricity or hot water!!! Restaurant frequently out of order!!! Consider management's responsiveness!!!

The private terrace was a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise with a morning coffee.
Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi connection was quite unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected or stream anything .

We loved chilling by the pool and the staff was super helpful. Don't miss out on Cenote Calavera and Cenote Crystal for some fun. It's a great spot for a group getaway, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxation and bonding.
The location is a bit off the beaten path, so be prepared for a 15-minute walk to the nearest neighborhood, poorly lit at night.
